After building Ops & TR teams, leaned into a passion project to stand up Asana’s People Insights team (leading HR analytics, research, employee sensing, AI initiatives and product collaboration) and Social Impact teams (leading our Citizenship & Responsibility Counsel, pro bono / volunteer programs, corporate philanthropy and social impact goal setting/reporting efforts).
