Impulse gives the opportunities to learn about new technologies and grow in your current title. throughout all my roles I was always defining, managing and developing Salesforce to better serve our teams needs. A few of my roles at Impulse included:Customer Onboarding:I defined and implemented a new process to manage customer onboarding. Once a customer was signed with Impulse they would be handed off by the Sales Rep to the New Customer Project Manager assigned. The Onboarding Manager would then follow a defined process set by project management guide lines. Once the two to three month process was completed the Onboarding Manager would hand off the customer to the Account Management Team.Project Management:Project management is the application of processes, methods, knowledge, skills and experience to achieve the project objectives.Account Manager:Maintain a set group of customer relationships and ensure they continue to get the new products needed. Product Circle:Growing Impulse by meeting customer needs through the continual planning and roll-out of new product lines. Learning and testing the products. Reaching out to customers and finding out what they need, what their current pain points are, and figuring out what products and services we can provide that will have customers knocking on our door asking how soon they can pay us for these products. Rolling out new products to Impulse (internally), as well as to customers. This would include assembling documentation, following up with customers, and making sure that Support is ready when customers have issues.Other Job Details:Learning about technology, and finding new products that can help our customers.Finding ways to be more efficient in our internal processes.Salesforce management, development and customization.Problem solving for customers and ensuring a polite understanding form of communication.Positive customer service was the priority with all the different roles at Impulse.
