Coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and manage the care given to residents. Assess and evaluate the quality of emotional, mental, and physical care given to residents. Assist the Director of Nursing in the implementation and evaluation of nursing services that ensure a consistent delivery of care. Maintain and promote resident's rights and safety. Assist the Director in monitoring resident's condition by conducting nursing rounds on all units several times per day to ensure that residents are free from abuse, maltreatment, and neglect. Conduct staff meetings and performs the duties of the Director in her absence.
