I have been in private practice (specializing in trauma and eating disorders) for close to 20 years. I am the founder of Therapy Aid Coalition, a national nonprofit offering free and low-cost therapy to healthcare professionals and first responders in the US. I obtained my MSW from New York University's School of Social Work, and have completed postgraduate training in NYC in eating disorders and body image issues at the Women's Therapy Centre Institute, and in Trauma Studies at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. I am level 1 and 2 EMDR trained, and I completed a three-year training in Somatic Experiencing, and have assisted at professional trainings, helping other therapists to learn the model.I presently offer in-person therapy in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA and online therapy in CA, CO and NY.
