When this happens, the customer is delighted, sales are accelerated, the business is monetized, and the customer comes back, again and again. It’s equally true that no business, no matter how solid its customer relationships are—can achieve sustainable success without sound processes and Best Practices, and to this end, I have learned to ask the right questions—the “what” as well as the “why” to ensure efficiency and lean operations. For the past six years, with Community Boss—innovative technical solutions providers in the Multifamily Housing space—I have progressed to Director roles where I have helped us navigate the Covid Pandemic, work through several rebrands, and launch key products across multiple market verticals. We’ve been able to expand sales and support of our entire product suite, doubling ARR year-over-year.
