• Scheduling multiple carriers & equipment for pick-up and delivery • Solicit information from customers to ensure the correct equipment is booked• Provide customers with strategic quotes to secure their business• Coordinate moves between all parties• Responsible for cross Canada and cross border FTL & LTL Shipments• Manage customs clearance requirements, travel time and delivery expectations • Primary contact for all road shipments in the prairie provinces• Securing quotes from vendors and providing quotes to customers• Creating customer files and completing invoicing • Ensuring customers remain informed as to the status of shipments• Creating claims with vendors for damaged & missing freight

• Primary contact for Northbound customs • Creating PARS with customs brokers • Provide central communication path between brokers and customers to resolve issue• Continuous communication with drivers• Manage consolidated shipments and eManifest filings• Bonding shipments into Canada, notifying CBSA & completing all paperwork• Recouping additional costs for bonded shipments from the customers• Safety and investigation committee member• Ongoing communication with all branches• Communicating with multiple teams to resolve clearance issues

• Updating and dispatching P&D sheets on google drive• Ensuring southbound documents are submitted to customs brokers & contain all information needed for clearance into the USA• Troubleshooting clearance issues with customers and customs brokers• Responsible for checking and processing customs codes to ensure shipments can enter/leave the country• Ensuring hazardous shipments have all relevant documents and placards for transportation• Providing updates to customers on location and delivery ETA’s of freight• Arranging ramp access and special delivery accommodations in Miami, Chicago, New York, Texas and cross border airports• Daily communication with drivers• On call dispatch evenings & weekends• Providing assistance to drivers in need

• Responsible for driver check in not limited to but including:• Insuring all pick up paperwork is complete and accurate• Checking for dangerous goods and customs documents• Providing paperwork to supervisor in a quick and efficient manner• Scanning and indexing documents to billing in a timely manner• Completing all nightly reports by 22:00 and ensuring they are clean• Troubleshooting any pickup and delivery issues that may arise
