On a day to day basis the support and delivery of projects included delivering feedback on assessments, training and tutorials, presentations, facilitation of workshops and sessions as well as coordinating internal stakeholders and project management.Account management and account development was also crucial to this client-facing role, and the focus was very much on delivering excellent customer service and delighting our customers.

This was a high pressured job, in a fast paced environment. I was often near the top of the ratio board, which looked at the number of leads, time on the phone and number of calls made. I learnt quickly, how to ensure the home owner would be interested in what you had to say and developed my own sales pitch. I learnt negotiation skills and had to communicate efficiently and listen to the customer, in order to quickly adapt the direction I was taking to suit them.
