I lead Product Experience Research and Research Ops at Teladoc Health. We help make Teladoc’s products and services inclusive and accessible to our diverse members and providers. One of most impactful efforts I empowered the team to realize was democratization of research which magnified the capacities of the UXR team, enabled UXRs to focus on strategic research, upskilled non-researchers (Content Strategists and UX Designers) with research skills, and cultivated a culture of research throughout the company. I was co-chair for Teladoc's Multicultural Business Resource Group (MOSAIC BRG) in 2023 and co-founded the Cultural Inclusion Committee for the said BRG.
