As a technology leader, I have extensive experience in managing, mentoring and building cross functional and diverse teams across the globe for products with a budget of more than 10$ Million. A journey that started as a Trainee at Tata Consultancy services (TCS) led me to become a Product Manager at various financial institutions where I managed customer data platform, Credit Risk data warehouse, Reference Master, Debit Cards maintenance platform.Growing up in a typical middle class family, I've seen the sacrifices and struggles that go along with running a household and a business. It is for this reason that I find inspiration from women who make a tremendous difference even in the smallest ways today.
