*Process certification, eligibility, and diary for short term disability claims*Train new contract associates to manage overflow, reducing the number of complaints and duplicate claims*Excellent documentation and accuracy to ensure 0% return rate of claims*Comply with all internal and external reporting requirements

*Answer phones and respond to Delta Dental members and/or provider requests*Quote benefits to members and/or providers *Identify, research, and resolve member and/or provider issues using the database *Follow-up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved, to prevent repeat calls*Complete accurate call log reports*Research billing issues and misapplied payments*Recognize, document, and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls*Recommend process improvements
