As company operator and Officer, I started up Kendrick in early 2020 through the COVID-19 pandemic. I led a new team who collectively accomplishes extraordinary achievements in spite of ongoing industry uncertainties across manufacturing inputs and customer demand volatility. Kendrick was formed in 2019 following the acquisition of Yanfeng’s Grand Rapids, Michigan interior trim operations, including a 300,000 sq. ft. facility, more than 50 low to mid tonnage injection molding presses, fully automated robotic paint lines and advanced assembly stations. Diversifying the business by acquiring over 50% of sales turnover with multiple new customers. Successfully expanded market position from a tier 1 manufacturing factory to a tier 1 and tier 2 full service, interior decorative trim supplier. Exited the 9 -month transition services agreement on time by starting up the following departments: Product & Process Engineering, Tooling, Information Technology, Purchasing, Commercial Finance, Sales, Accounting, Operations Planning, Human Resources, Quality, and Program Management.

Led sale of company’s manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids, MI. Transitioned role from sell-side to buy-side and prepared to lead transaction as President & CEO of the new company. Responsible for sales & operations planning (S&OP) and asset capacity planning across 23 plants and 6 customer business units.

Designed and launched the Auto & Mobility practice.
