I am a Vice President and Principal at CFAR, a private management consulting firm that spun out from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. I enjoy working with mission-driven leaders at the intersection of purpose, people and performance, on issues of strategy, structure, culture, and talent optimization. CFAR works primarily in healthcare, higher education and owner- and family-led businesses, with offices in Boston and Philadelphia. I am located in Providence, Rhode Island. I love my work!
