My real estate sales career started with selling real estate in 1993 with an extremely professional small company. I enjoyed being my own boss and the business is everything I thought it would be...hard work, but very rewarding. In 2009-10 I served as a Director for the Wisconsin Realtors Association. I am a charter member of the Madison Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors® and am currently Wisconsin State President. I stay active in the community and give back as often as I can. My husband Terry and I both grew up in the Middleton area and we have raised four children here. We are very proud of our family and our community.

Successfully listed and sold real estate for 6 years with Simon & Voss, Inc. in downtown Middleton, WI with principals Sam Simon & Paul Voss as my mentors. In 1998 they sold the company to Stark Company Realtors. Sam & Paul stayed on as salesmen and I took the branch management position at that time because of my past successes in people management and growth at IBM.
