Majority of my work is creating senior and custom group itineraries, booking, and planning tours! As a planner, it is my responsibility to obtain information from clients and make travel arrangements as per their specifications. My goal is to design cost-effective travel packages that suit clients and the businesses needs and budgets. I explain transportation and accommodation to clients, drivers, and tour managers for bus trips. In addition, as a planner I make recommendations regarding travel safety. It is my responsibility to book excursions & attractions, group dining, flights & charters, accommodations, and arrange transportation. I spend time negotiating contracts to arrange the best business agreements. My favorite part of the role is conducting research, which includes searching for background information of hotels, resorts, restaurants, attractions, and the history behind them. All the while, maintaining a high degree of professionalism, maintaining client confidentiality, and networking with other professionals in the field.

In this role, I continued working with patients in person and via call, text, and email to coordinate scheduling, insurance, payments and billing. In addition, I followed up on all potential new patient leads and coordinated their intake into the practice to get them scheduled for consultations or established as new patients in the practice.

The role of scheduling coordinator includes patient interaction, taking payments and cash handling, insurance verification, phone skills, organization, and multitasking. A very service oriented position.

Responsibilities include: Assisting doctors and and technicians in appointments, ultrasounds, radiographs, patient restraint, filling prescriptions, restocking, cleaning, maintaining and updating patient records, communicating with clients, observing patients during surgical recovery.

Conduct animal husbandry with animals in the Hamill Family Play Zoo, Wild Encounters, and Animal Ambassadors departments. In addition, I lead zoo chats with animal ambassadors and coordinated guest engagement in the goat grooming and feeding experiences, wallaby yard, and parakeet aviary.

Participated in behavioral ethological studies for Dr. Michael Renner at the Blank Park Zoo of Japanese macaques, lion headed tamarins, white-handed gibbons, eastern black rhinos, ostriches, sea lions, harbor seals, ring-tailed lemurs and flamingos, as well as behavioral and cognitive studies at the Ape Cognition Conservation Initiative of bonobos.
