Together with co-leader (Sheilah Gauch), Jennifer strategized, coordinated, and executed a powerful grassroots campaign to pass into law the first insurance mandate in eight years in the State of Massachusetts; as well as established the first Department of Public Health PANDAS/PANS Advisory Council (S.2984) in the State of Massachusetts. -Moved, strategically & successfully, the bill through the Massachusetts Legislation in a historic time.-Authored & managed the national rebuttal letter to insurance lobbyists’ claims- *Mobilized 20 + National PANDAS/PANS experts to co-sign the rebuttal letter-Organized and coordinated a statewide advocacy effort through a multi-media campaign.-Planned and executed State House’s largest first Awareness Day.-Pivoted during the pandemic to continue to execute a triumphant campaign.-Led the coalition with determination, perseverance, and positivity. This was notable in the comments from legislators.
