Developed an eCommerce app using React, Typescript, Remix, Shopify Hydrogen/Oxygen, and Sanity. Consistently delivered clean, maintainable code, contributing to a team that consistently exceeded milestones and met deadlines. The efficiency and quality drove projects ahead of schedule, keeping stakeholders satisfied.

Took over a complex mobile app project to transition React components to React Native Web, though this project was later redirected. Led a complete site migration from Shopify Liquid to a modern, scalable stack using React, Remix, and Shopify Hydrogen/Oxygen. This required major collaboration across DevOps, QA, Design, and Engineering. Reaching near completion before my departure, I laid a solid foundation for the transition.

Developed and maintained reusable and pixel perfect front-end components using technologies such as React and React Native. Improve administrative efficiency by configuring Contentful with Typeform. Implemented highly performant backend services with GraphQL/REST API and PostgreSQL. Participated in designing friendly UI/UX in Plasmic Studio with in-house designer. Built new features that interacted heavily with Google Health/Apple Health and smart scales via Bluetooth connectivity to calculate various health data. Participated in code reviews on GitHub and ensured adherence to coding standards and best industry practices. Collaborated with technical and non-technical team members and clients to ensure frictionless software development and onboarding process.

Developed an Alexa skill named HELLO ATOM which uses Amazon's Alexa to navigate EV drivers to their destination, or re-routes them to the nearest charging station if their battery is low or is not sufficient to reach their destination. Other features of the app include a visual of how far the vehicle can go based on battery percentage using road and terrain data. Ideally this skill would be preinstalled onto in-vehicle screens for the best experience. Won Third Place, Highest Scoring Technical Execution.HELLO ATOM is written in Javascript running on AWS Lambda using HERE places, location, and mapping APIs.

Created multiple components for mobile app and tablet app. Upgraded existing code to reflect the changes in company and product.Converted Zeplin designs to full working screens that were responsive to both Android and iOS.App shipped successfully to both platform stores.

Developed EVHub app which addresses many of the problems EV drivers face such as not being able to visually see how far the vehicle can drive, how many vehicles are waiting at a charge station, being able to pay at a charging station without downloading another app, and other issues. EVHub proves to solve a real problem within the EV community in a marketable, sustainable, and convenient way. Won Third Place.EVHub is written in JavaScript running on GM's Next Generation Infotainment Emulator using GM Vehicle APIs to get real-time vehicle information such as vehicle make, model, fuel indication, location, and more. This is used in conjunction with Visa APIs for secure cardless transactions with Visa Card on File, Visa Payments Processing, Visa Queue Insights, and others.

Developed Aria as a means to engage the user in a unique way. Aimed at people of all ages, Aria is meant to combine peaceful music with NASA data, thus turning the user's whole experience into a work of art. As First Place winners of this challenge, Aria will proceed to present at Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral in Florida, USA and compete in the global judging by NASA.Aria is an interactive audio-visual experience that bridges science and art by integrating Earth and Planetary data from NASA's Global Imagery Browse Services (GIBS) with sound using React.js, Tone.js, and Vintage. Our web application received First Place, the "Most Inspirational" award, and the "Mars App Winning Team" award.

BFF Alexa Skill was meant to be a fun robotic companion much like a real BFF. There are many other use cases for BFF such as determining depression, anxiety, and other emotional stress, and addressing these issues with calming music, reassurance, or calling a loved one in an emergency. This skill is relatable to humans, interacts using organic conversational skills, and proved to be marketable and sustainable. Won First Place.Built using Alexa Developer Console and AWS Lambda in Node.js.

Assisted children (K-12) with math (basic algebra to calculus) and reading assignments, from our center as well as from the child's school. Extra care and a different approach to learning was sometimes needed for children with learning disabilities. Responsibilities also included basic administrative duties.
