Hello and thanks for wanting to know a little about me!I am currently a district instructional technology coach. I have 18 years of experience in education. I have trained and managed numerous staffs to create 350+ page yearbooks, print newspapers and newspaper websites that had many overlapping deadlines and learning levels for the staff to complete all of the duties that were needed. I was able to organize and prioritize for the publishing deadlines to be met. With this experience, I know I love project management and it has been a part of my career and I would love to continue this love of problem solving and getting to goals most efficient way.Along with instructing in the last three years I was tasked to dive into the world of virtual learning and instruction more comprehensively. This understanding helped learners that never stepped foot on campus still learn the material and be able to take something away from the classes I led and instructed. With the focus of more impactful online learning I found that I really enjoyed making presentations and finding ways to creatively disseminate information.I completed the Google Project Management Certification. I have been a project manager for years but now I understand and can speak to the formal terminology and methodologies that are used. I am currently studying for the PMP exam.
