CurrentLed team in analyzing and developing fact-based selling stories incorporating consumer and shopper insights from multiple data sources to expand retailer partnerships, grow brands and inform new product strategy. Managed team of 2 direct reports, and 2 on-site IRI resources.• Developed ACH’s Vision for Category Growth for Flavor Enhancements, an insights-based story utilizing ACH’s category expertise to maximize sales growth and retailer profits. Successful implementation in two key retailers (Walmart & Spartan Nash), resulting in +15% category sales growth and distribution expansion into 600 stores.• Drove “Partner with the Perimeter” strategy to help reverse declining trends in center store, by identifying strong partners for key ACH brands during key holiday seasons. Resulted in Karo® corn syrup placement in produce aisle, Weber® spice pallets in meat department and Spice Islands® and Weber® fast pack placement on meat counter.• Key team member of Innovation Group providing fact based recommendations during all phases of new product development via comprehensive overviews of potential new categories and competition, review of existing category pricing and promotional strategies, and post launch analysis of trade strategy execution.• Provided launch recommendations for Fleischmann’s Simply Homemade® Greek Yogurt baking mixes regional launch with regard to pricing, promotional strategies and recommended shopper target based on unmet consumer needs. Launch expected to generate +3% incremental sales to the base product line and expanded shelf space.• Utilized Kroger 8451 Shop data (formerly dunnhumby) to analyze promotional effectiveness of various promotional tactics for Spice Islands® brand, resulting in top performing key holiday season and sales bump of +20% during non-peak holiday periods.
