Planned and executed the eight-night concert series that took place in historic Downtown Louisville. This family-fun event features incredible bands, delicious food from local Louisville restaurants, craft beer from Colorado breweries, and various eclectic vendor booths. Served as consultant to transition the new coordinator after relocating to the mountains.

I executed Butterfly Pavilion's annual public events to ensure they were on-brand and enjoyable for guests of all ages to attend. Additionally, I was responsible for the private events area where I conducted site visits, booked sales of our rental space, and oversaw the events while onsite. Within one year of booking, I increased revenue by $66K.

It was an honor to be the co-founder of this exciting venture and am extremely proud that we helped connect so many amazing pet sitters and pet owners. I executed brand development, SEO and revenue strategies. We were sold in 2013.

I helped develop the event portion of Gusto Tastings - which was a challenging and exciting project I loved tackling! I oversaw event development in various markets including Austin, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, as well as created large scale events that fit the Gusto Tastings brand and mission. I transitioned a replacement for me that resided in Texas to more closely oversee the events.
