Responsible for organizing seminars together with a partner, which includes;- Create a marketing plan with the partner,- Formulate, design and be in charge of the seminars landing page on Wednesday Relations webpage,- Market the seminar in social media and in Wednesday Relations newsletter, and- Be in charge of the delivery of the seminar including all practicalities such as F&B, technique, registration, speakers etc.I am also responsible for partners during Wednesday Conferences which includes: exhibition, sponsored items, lunch workshops and a close dialogue with the partner. Other administrative tasks such as invoicing, updating the site and assisting colleagues are included in my daily work routine.
