We emphasize the importance of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and building alliances across an organization or around the world. • Focus on the new ways that executives and leaders need to work and think at in a more senior role. Create awareness about organizational culture, and how to be successful in the new role. Provide a sounding board and trusted confidante for conversations they cannot have elsewhere. • Doing what it takes to ensure that the executive is effective in their work transactions. We focus on how they get a task done, not the task itself. This includes heightening awareness such as making adjustments to their style, such as knowing when to be decisive and when to be collaborative. Smoothing over any “edges” that are sub-optimal for executives at this level.• Work with global executives becoming acculturated in a new country or executives needing to navigate other cultures in the course of their work. Have worked with leaders in many types of organizations (health care, finance, biotech) in the U.S., UK, Canada, Africa, Europe, Asia, Latin America, Russia, and the Philippines.• Work with executives who are going through big changes in organizational structure or identity. Mergers, acquisitions, layoffs, separation from a parent company—these are all challenging and complex organizational changes. Together we cut through the complexity simplifying core issues and decisions. • Help executives get clarity about how they impact the organization and the people within it. Examine how to be the most effective leader. Find the best ways to achieve the results that fit the organization’s objectives and culture.Facilitate meetings and retreats for senior leadership that create engagement, manage participation and achieve desired outcomes.
