After corporate restructuring I was offered a position at my current employer as the Clothing Lead. Back to my roots. Using my skills in merchandising and management to promote our awesome products.

Onboard new hires teaching customer service training programs, systems and operational requirements needed to work as an employee of Cabelas. Coordinated and scheduled computer based product and vendor training with employees. Worked one on one with employees, sometimes roll playing to assist selling skills.

Managed up to 5 million dollar apparel departments of several Kmart stores. Was responsible for the coordination and execution of various retail operations including associate management and training, inventory management, visual merchandising as well as contributing to the everyday general management of the store.
