Jennifer Windorff is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for e3 ConsultantsGROUP and e3 Tax. She joined the e3 team in September 2003 and brings over 17 years of experience in overseeing the Wealth Management, Tax, Accounting and Bookkeeping operations. Jennifer has developed the systems and infrastructure model for all of e3’s entities. She is also responsible for hiring staff in all facets of the e3 business model.e3 Wealth – e3 manages over $560 million in assets and provide a family office model to individuals, families and business owners at all levels of net worth. We provide clients an Integrated Resource Network where they have access to almost any service that deals with money: investments, insurance solutions, income tax preparation/strategies, legal, mortgage/debt management, employee benefits, Social Security & Medicare solutions, Cash Flow strategies, and privatized banking alternatives.e3 Tax – Our very own in-house tax department that serves individuals, families and business owners in the areas of income tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, business consulting, and cash flow management. e3 Tax boasts a staff of 18 including six Certified Public Accountants and three Enrolled Agents and serves over 2,000 individual and corporate clients. e3 Tax will become a significant part of our growth engine as we look to acquire strategic tax practices across the country in a LOCAL to REGIONAL to NATIONAL footprint over the next 5-7 years.e3 Marketing – This is our “Research & Development” arm where ideas on better ways to educate the public become a reality. Our radio shows in St Louis, MO and Austin, TX and our published books are a key piece to our R&D plans. Also, the e3 training and coaching program is a critical piece and provides advisors a cutting edge learning environment due to the usage of NLP (neuro-lingustic-programming) techniques.
