With over 12 years of work experience in the wireless and real estate sectors, I have developed core competencies in business development, project management, site acquisition, and leasing. As the Director of Business Development at Tangent, a leading provider of wireless infrastructure solutions, I work with a diverse and talented team to identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities across the US.In my current role, I leverage my skills in team building, customer satisfaction, and project planning to deliver high-quality results for our clients and stakeholders. I manage the entire business development cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads, to presenting and proposing solutions, to closing and executing contracts. I also collaborate with internal and external teams, such as engineering, operations, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. Additionally, I serve as a board member of the California Wireless Association and an industry relations representative for the Women's Wireless Leadership Forum, where I contribute to the advocacy, education, and networking of the wireless community.
