With over 12 years of work experience in the wireless and real estate sectors, I have developed core competencies in business development, project management, site acquisition, and leasing. My mission is to create and foster strategic partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and value for the wireless industry. As the Director of Business Development at Tangent, a leading provider of wireless infrastructure solutions, I work with a diverse and talented team to identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities across the US.In my current role, I leverage my skills in team building, customer satisfaction, and project planning to deliver high-quality results for our clients and stakeholders. I manage the entire business development cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads, to presenting and proposing solutions, to closing and executing contracts. I also collaborate with internal and external teams, such as engineering, operations, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. Additionally, I serve as a board member of the California Wireless Association and an industry relations representative for the Women's Wireless Leadership Forum, where I contribute to the advocacy, education, and networking of the wireless community.
