I led the development and delivery of online products and features for the Travel and Arts & Entertainment verticals on Boston.com, the largest regional portal in New England. This included a new regional travel website, a collaborative multimedia project with The Boston Globe newsroom. Within six months of launch, session visits and page views had tripled. The site was nominated for a MITX award for the first time in the site's history. I also had the pleasure of managing a staff of producers and interns.

I led the development of online products and features for www.fen.com ("FEN"), a suite of educational websites for parents, teachers, and kids. I managed the project team through all stages of the product life cycle, including product requirements, engineering implementation of features, usability testing, quality assurance testing, user documentation, and release of the product. Examples of projects: converting TeacherVision.com from a free to membership model; running yearly back-to-school content and advertising campaigns for FamilyEducation.com; and working with the engineering team to implement new features.Previously in the company, I traveled throughout the U.S. training teachers how to use FEN's website building tools to build classroom websites to strengthen the home-school connection.
