I help adults 45+ feel more empowered in every aspect of their life with small, consistent changes that lead to big results. Together we take a deep dive into current movement, nutrition, stress management and/or sleep habits to assess where change is possible. We then set goals, break them in to actions and skills, to achieve the desired outcome. We connect through daily check-ins, weekly accountability and an online program that tracks everything from consistency to measurements.

In partnership with Merrithew, global brand and world-wide education company, Inspire Health utilizes my services as a trainer for current and aspiring instructors in the methodology and philosophy of Stott Pilates via courses, workshops and mentoring.Intensive Courses in Matwork, Reformer, and Functional Anatomy.

Constructed and administered a unique, award-winning on-boarding system and customer service training initiative, used company-wide. My consultative approach had employees versed in the Plus One message and everyone working towards a singular purpose. Through continual communication and modeling, service standards increased.My objective was to create an atmosphere of hospitality for our members and strengthen relationships with them by anticipating their needs and satisfying them. I did this personally and motivated team members to do the same. Within the scope of my former job, I addressed member concerns and questions and provided staff directives on how to deliver excellent service.
