-Calibrate process instruments including pressure, flow, temperature, CO2, RH, timers, balances, level,conductivity, and pH devices on-site.-Calibrate Lyopholizer systems, including MKS Vacuum Transmitter Calibration down to 50 μbar.-Calibrate HVAC, Solid Dose manufacturing process equipment, Cell Culture Bio Manufacturing processequipment, and support equipment calibrations including purified water systems, Water For Injection(WFI) systems, clean steam generators, Clean In Place (CIP) skids, Point of Use coolers, incubators,autoclaves, freezers, and glass washers.-Troubleshoot and verify instruments using 4 to 20mA signal source verification.-Enter data into Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Blue MountainRegulatory Asset Manager (RAM), Blue Mountain Calibration Manager (CalMan), IBM Maximo, and FlukeEmaint, as well as GMP paper-based calibration documentation.-Working knowledge of Building Management Systems such as Siemens Desigo CC and Iconics BMS, toinclude analyzing trend data to troubleshoot AHU TM&E equipment.-Train annually on Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and current Good Manufacturing Practices(cGMP) and using both daily in a pharmaceutical production environment.-Work closely with customers to implement CAPAs, investigate Deviations, and calculate reliability ratesfor out of tolerance instruments.-Supervise and mentor staff technicians to ensure accuracy and reliability of calibrations performed on-site for customers.

-Use authorized procedures to perform calibration work, ensuring test, measurement, and diagnosticequipment used by surrounding units are accurate and serviceable, to include but not limited to: torquewrenches, calipers, micrometers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, transponder test sets, spectrum analyzers,signal generators, and radiological survey meters.-Work in a temperature controlled laboratory setting, both stationary on post and mobile van.-When appropriate standards for calibration are unavailable, ship equipment to Redstone Arsenal, ALPrimary Standards Lab for outside testing.-Maintain an accurate database of all calibrated equipment, including calibration dates, next due calibration, and any repair work completed using TIMMS CMMS.
