Our process involves QA review of all incoming dental exams and dental treatment performed by In-Clinic and Group doctors, including reviewing x-rays for accuracy of positioning and reviewing paper work to make sure all information is correct before it is sent to the military. I utilize Microsoft Excel and Med-net on a daily basis and update soldiers in Denclass and Medpros which are military databases. Direct contact daily with dental offices all over the US as well and soldiers and military personnel allows me to use my customer service skills routinely.
