I'm interested in the field of Human Capital especially in Reward or HR Operations Division.I was graduated from IPB University majoring in Agribusiness Management (2020). I had an internship at one of the state-owned companies, PT Jamkrindo (Aug 2020 - Jan 2021) before I graduated.I'm currently working as HRIS Officer in logistics tech start up company. I experienced in manage employee database i.e. input, update and manage employee database both system and manual database. Ensure employees database is always updated, manage HRIS for employee data update, assist to recap attendance and annual leave employees data report by weekly and monthly, assist to provide employee data for Company purposes (External and Internal request), Filling and compile both softcopy and hardcopy employees personal document and other digital HR documentation., Assist and ensure offboarding process is accordant to regulation (Collaborated with other divison), Prepare HR letter or any HR Documentation employee request, manage HR email account for blast information and internal announcement.I 'm able to operate Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Google Workspace (Spreadsheets, Gdocs, and Slides) and able to use Darwinbox and Talent as HRIS system.I always open myself to the opportunity, in supposed to experience and skills that I have more growing and growing , and I can provide my best while i working.I want to use my experience and improve my skills to contribute success in company where I work.
