I am running the 1KC Documentation Development project. Our aim is to harmonize the documentation that is done in different teams all around the world so that we would present ourselves to customers as one Konecranes also from documentation side. In practise, this means common tools and practices, processes, layout, manual porfolio, structure etc. I also run Documentation Development, Services Documentation and Equipment Documentation teams being the manager of seven persons in total.

At Konecranes I worked at Remote Services team as a Marketing Coordinator and my aim was to successfully launch Remote Services for the Konecranes organization internally and to our customers. I was responsible of all the marketing activities and many tasks related to product management of Remote Services. My tasks included everything from budgeting and annual planning to product launches and material creation. Remote Services is one of the cornerstones of Konecrane's recently launched Key Strategic Iniative: Industrial Internet.

My tasks in Vilant included all marketing tasks from planning and budgeting to implementing and monitoring. I was responsible of all marketing communication activities such as event organizing, PR, web marketing including social media utilization and material creation. My greatest achievement at Vilant was developing and launching their new website (www.vilant.com) and extranet for partners. I also got the pleasure of writing many interesting case descriptions of how companies have benefitted from RFID.Vilant Systems is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of supply chain and asset tracking RFID systems. Since its foundation, in 2002, Vilant has been awarded with numerous growth and innovation awards and has delivered installations to 20 countries on four continents. I was responsible for the company's pump business marketing, www-pages, Internet and print advertising in addition to a new product launch. My tasks included for example budgeting, marketing planning, market research, writing articles and press releases, creating and updating web content, creating and implementing advertising plan, handling sales leads and event organizing. Larox Flowsys is an international provider of flow control solutions for different industries. Based in Lappeenranta Larox Flowsys is specialiced in pumping, control and shut-off applications involving agressive, abrasive, corrosive and other difficult media.

Alongside with my own studies I worked as a part-time teacher for the University's department of Industrial Management. My responsibilities were preparing and organizing the group excercises, grading the case studies and guiding the students in courses: Basic course in Marketing, Marketing Planning and Decision Making and Business Relationships and Networks.
