Nurse Consultation and Training Provider with core specialism in Learning Disabilities, Reflective Practice and Leadership. After my nurse training, I entered the world of residential care in a secure unit. I eventually moved over to community nursing, where my client group mostly focused on Epilepsy or Behaviours of concern. When I had my second child, I left the NHS to venture into unknown areas. After a period of childminding and getting a Good Ofsted rating, I was ready to start Hudson Blake in 2016 as a sideline...which in 2017 became my full-time job. Around the same time, I jointly formed Ready2Shine CIC. In 2024, both businesses merged, and we train all over the UK, supporting care homes with Health & Social Care training or schools, construction and business with first aid. Our reputation is evident from Trust Pilot reviews, and we pride ourselves in the fun and quality we put into training.
