I currently provide senior support and companionship services. I assist with grocery & errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and fun with hobbies, passions and goal setting.

I assist a gentleman whom has cerebral palsy with his ADL's, online/social media activity, his business, manage his appointments and activity in the community, and assist with his service dog.

I ran the hotel's daily operations for 4 years. Experience included a strong customer service focus, concierge services, ensuring all Best Western International Standards were met at all times, all HR duties, Revenue Management, Scheduling, Sales & Marketing, Payroll (Ceridian), Accounts Receivable, ordering and maintaining all supplies, maintaining social media accounts, as well as our online presence (reviews etc.). I also planned our annual Christmas functions and other team building activities through out the year.This role also involved travel to conventions and out of town functions. A large focus of mine was Relationship Building with our team, our guests, and our vendors.

In this role I reported to the General Manager. I supervised all Front Desk operations including training new staff, target creation and implementation, ensuring our team maintained a high level of customer service, and problem solving while finding appropriate resolutions. I assisted with scheduling, ordering of supplies and ensuring the Front Office was always stocked and organized.
