Coordinates and conducts GCP and study protocol training at study sites. Oversees study site activities through timely monitoring of electronic data capture (EDC) data entry, remote review of faxed/emailed documentation, and on-site review of documents during site visits to assure compliance with GCP and the study protocol. Verifies owner consent, existence and maintenance of source documents, and inventory of Investigational Veterinary Product/Control Product (IVP/CP) at study sites. Facilitates clarifications, corrections, and data query resolution with study sites or data management. Assists with tracking adverse events (AE’s) encountered in clinical studies and ensures all serious AEs and non-serious AEs are documented and communicated appropriately to the Project Manager and Sponsor.

Assists in overseeing the medical needs of up to 300 shelter animals. Implements veterinary treatments as necessary. Administers vaccinations and preventative treatments to all incoming and existing patients. Assists in departments including outpatient clinic and spay/neuter clinic. Performs veterinary practices including venipuncture, radiology, drug calculations and shelter medicine.
