• Wrote a Ruby script to take outputted quality of service data records and put them into a database• Helped research select reporting software (Logi Analytics) and implement reports with the information from the database to help control and monitor the quality of calls and find any problems quickly and easily• Created a Ruby script to read in DAT files of satellite information and parse rows of data and categorize them, finally creating a CSV file to be opened in excel so massive amounts of GPS information can be easily analyzed: saving countless hours versus the manual approach• Wrote MYSQL Queries that narrowed down different groups of customers to track where the customers who have Internet service, phone service, and those whom have purchased service but were not yet installed are in correlation to cellular towers. • Created a KMZ file to produce a Google earth representation of where these customers were located geographically• Identified and resolved an issue in Least Cost Routing program using MS Excel and an SQL Database, which helped cut cost of service• Analyzed circuits in a database to help sort through circuits that may not be needed anymore to help eliminate cost of service• Worked with Crystal Reporting software to create analytical reports for the finance department• Created manual documentation for the modems that Internet customers would be using in their homes, to ease installation and setup
