At Baltimore Lacrosse Club (Baltimore Crabs) I worked as a coach and event coordinator. My position involves helping to run practices two nights a week and coaching in tournaments on weekends. As well as organizing tryouts, camps and tournaments for other age groups. Coaching has allowed me to give back to an organization that had done so much for me as a young athlete. Coaching has also taught me about what it means to be a leader or a role model. These boys look up to me and it is my job to lead by example and show them what it is to be a respectful competitor.

During my internship at the Baltimore City Office of the Public Defender, I worked in the Hargrove off with their misdemeanor attornies. My roles included reviewing body-worn camera footage, legal research, and briefing cases. Although the internship was entirely remote, I was able to witness and learn first hand how our legal system is navigating these uncertain times.

While at STSW I worked along-side the Criminal Defense team. My position required me to do case research, review briefs and meet with clients. I also had the opportunity to observe court proceedings every few weeks. During my time STSW I got the opportunity to see how attornies interact in a professional workplace environment. In addition, I gained insight into advising and communicating with clients while they are incarcerated and awaiting trial.

As a concierge I was the first person member saw when they arrived and the last person they saw before they left. Apart from assisting members and their guests with anything they may need, my responsibilities included setting up and organizing the driving range each morning and breaking it down and cleaning it each night. In addition too, getting members and guests clubs from their cars when they arrived and putting them back in their car before they left. When needed I also worked as a caddie to carry two players bags for their round. In doing so, I was responsible for giving them advice and measurements for their shots, making sure they were aware of the rules of the club and of the game, and making sure that the round was played at a reasonable pace.
