About Jenni Niemiaho
I get fascinated by creating new things. Creating new things means to me, that you have to re-think everything both in process and the user experience sense: what does the user really need and want. And that is what I'm good at: designing concepts and user-centric service design, making things done. I love to work with social media, media productions & new types of digital formats. I think openness and transparency in everything you do is the key to a success. The way of doing is doing together. At the moment designs systems intrests me: how do we make organizations more functional and clever in design and software deveplopment wise. In recent years I have mostly been working with developing user driven services for mobile and web and outdoor, developing strategies how to deal more efficiently in the world of digitalization. Making the digital customer experience as fluent as possible is what I heart and can do. I have a Masters degree on Economic Sciences and Business Administration (organisations and leadership) but I am also a Bachelor of Film and Media with a specialisation in Media Management.It is always great to be a part of a work community consisting of experts in many fields. I hope to learn something new every day, and I am inspired by the professional skills of others. I also find it very interesting to participate in the development of the future digital media, whatever it means now and in the future.
