I acted as Country Specialist for Finland: conducting market studies, bringing language and culture specific view points to Google products. I coordinated localization of Google AdSense product. I provided customer support in Finnish, English and Dutch. On labor day May 1st 2004 Google logo of the search front page for Finland and Sweden was wearing a white-and-black graduation cap (ylioppilaslakki).
