I am a Data, Quality and Systems Manager across Ruskin Mill Trust's schools, colleges and adult provision. Ruskin Mill Trust is a national educational provider for children and young people with autism and learning difficulties.My team leads on developing and implementing new systems and procedures to meet the data collection and reporting needs of the Trust. I am responsible for identifying requirements and the implementation of new systems, whilst working with my team trust wide to trouble shoot and share best practice. I deliver training on new systems and our MI system. My role is highly collaborative and flexible; I work with colleagues who are based at sites across UK and within the varied settings of a specialist school and specialist FE college.

As Development Manager at Jobsteps, I source funding streams, head up bidding and tendering exercises, build partnerships, implement new programmes, develop new project ideas, produce budgets for new projects and carry out research.

Working as a Development Consultant for Jobsteps Employment Services Ltd, an employment service that supports customers who are facing barriers into employment, specalising in people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders. My role is very varied, including activities such as internal auditing, marketing, updating the website, training, internal staff development, mentoring staff, organisational development, literature design and research.

Working under Local Enterprise Growth Fund (LEGI) monies to provide administrative support to teams in Sheffield and Doncaster.Also supporting with running eight South Yorkshire-wide events promoting Apprenticeships to employers. These events won a silver PRide award in 2008.

Supporting the Regional Director to promote the STEM agenda with schools, teachers and educational professionals.
