Troubleshooting and reporting found errors from installation procedures and SW. Development of installation procedures and documents by giving improvement suggestions and corrections. Support included giving answers to question related to this area by email or verbally. This included hardware and related sw installations and documentation of solution. o Development and maintenance of solution of Hewlett Packard’s Blade servers in network management system including documentation of installation and technical reference guides in hardware point of view. Also giving customer support was part of these tasks.

Development of Graphical User Interface for medical measurement device. This work was my Master’s degree Thesis work and it was graded excellent. It included planning of GUI, prototyping and testing GUI with users (but no coding). Important goal was good usability of GUI. Work included gathering of knowledge about impedance pneumography (=medical measurement device) and usability issues. Work also included studying different medical measurement softwares as reference and interviewing hospital workers for gathering user experience feedback.
