Create and Prepare budgets for General, Council on Science and Research, Annual Meeting and Summer Annual Meeting budgets for Senior Director review. • Monitor flow of expenses and participate in monthly financial meetings with Finance liaison; identify issues and provide recommendations for changes. Prepare periodical Forecast updates for Senior Director review. • Process invoices and ensure prompt payment of bills while tracking budget. • Organize and monitor PM Webinar process with general supervision of Manager, Practice Management. • Assist with logistics of webinars by setting up events, managing registration and communication with all registered members and participating staff; create and manage project calendar assuring tasks are completed in timely manner; participate in various cross-departmental meetings related to webinar process and provide recommendations for changes in procedure.
