  - Lead in managing process improvement projects which involve existing people and pay system (iTrent) and configuration of new modules- Ensuring appropriate project governance documentation is maintained including process maps, user stories and scoping documentation- Work closely with the supplier (MHR) to attend consultancy, scoping and configuration sessions- Provide the Strategic Partner: HR Projects with regular updates around project progress- Coordinate testing and evidence with CTF (Central Test Function); ensure appropriate documentation is completed with actions taken on any issues which arise to ensure projects can go live- Work with the Strategic Partner: HR Information Systems in collaboration with the Corporate Lab to review and update the backlog and objectives and Key Results (OKRs)- Use Azure DevOps to track progress of backlog items and RAID logs- Work closely with the HR Systems Manager on people system upgrades to ensure we make the most of developments and improvements- Support the HR Systems Manager and the Strategic Partner: HR Information Systems to maintain the project budget
