It is certainly an art to keep up the motivation among the practioners and their managers for >10 months and Jenn is the master of that art. Keeping cool through handling crisis: The program was not all about success. When issues arose ( I mean real issue :-)), Jenn has handled the situation very professionally by keeping LOB and technology operation senior management well informed while letting the technical core team resolve the issue."
