- Classify finished production and assign to proper inventories utilizing SAP R3. - Assign & maintain production and raw material inventory levels. - Coordinate & reconcile cycle counts. - Perform detailed planning and scheduling for raw materials and finished inventory. - Standardize workflows by utilizing Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies. - Coordinate Responsible Care® audits; participate as a second party certified auditor. - Track, trend, and analyze Responsible Care® metrics for 22 sites worldwide. - Resolve reporting issues through database development. - Direct training, orientation, and field observations. - Proficient in SAP and all Office programs with publisher skills (MAC and PC Savvy).
