Managed operations for 25 home enclave. Historic homes built in the 1950's near Cahuma Lake. Job duties included managing move in and move out procedures, creation of application procedures, implementation of "to do" work logs, purchasing, overseeing remodels, evictions, creation of a private facebook page for residents to communicate. I worked on making the community a closer and more rich environment in which to live. I was also responsible for creating and maintaining budgets, collecting rents and experienced with billing and receivables via Quickbooks Pro.
