Main responsibilities include training & developing new and existing colleagues; identifying opportunities and creating action plans to improve efficiencies, effectiveness, accountability and execution through implementing and/or improving national standards, programs, and processes.

Reporting directly to the President; main responsibilities include the project management and coordination of an annual $2M+ portfolio of real estate activity including opening new stores, the relocation or closure of existing stores and cosmetic upgrading.

Responsible for providing leadership and direction to the store team of 40+ (including two department managers, 2 department supervisors, and store associates) in order to successfully execute company strategies and produce profitable results.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales & Operations with two direct reports; Supply Coordinator and Customer Service/Administration. Main responsibilities include supporting the 100+ stores in the chain through analysis, coordination and the communication of clear and concise operational direction ultimately resulting in sales, productivity and brand growth.

Responsibilities included: communications, event planning, human resources, compensation, recognition and rewards. Accomplishments included writing and editing the first corporate quarterly newsletter, implementing an “open door” policy, managing the annual conference, partnering on the creation and implementation of a corporate recognition program.
