Case Coordinator for the Campus Residential Program, working with adolescents 12-17 displaced from their homes. Acted as liaison for internal VH departments and external service providers, as well as the child’s family. Conducted service plan reviews, appeared in and corresponded with Family Court, established productive working relationship with Department of Social Services in various counties.

Assigned a caseload of up to 4 residents to assist with living skills, career planning, family planning, and provided one-on-one counseling. As Vocational Counselor, worked closely with other program counselors in teaching the residents how to effectively job-seek, interviewing skills, and finding vocational programs in the area that were suitable for lower-functioning residents.
