Dr. Jennifer Selke is a UC Berkeley-trained psychologist and CliftonStrengths expert helping transitioning veterans and individuals maximize their strengths to reach a goal, solve a problem, get direction, and figure out life. In 2018, she started her journey with Zac Brown's Camp Southern Ground, bringing her strengths and program development expertise to support veterans' transition to civilian life and enhance post-traumatic growth. Since 2003, Jennifer has been using Gallup's strengths-based management model to successfully manage one of the nation's largest summer camp programs at the University of California at Berkeley, employing approximately 150 high school and college students each summer. Her on-the-ground experience putting strengths-based management into practice gives her a unique perspective on how organizations can fully integrate strengths into organizational culture. Dr. Selke specializes in experiential and brain-based training and managing diverse workforces, including neurodivergent teens and adults. She also created and led an inclusion job skills program at UC Berkeley that provided workplace coaching for teens and adults with Asperger syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.Dr. Selke helps support other Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths coaches bring experiential and learner-centered activities into their workshops to improve engagement and learning.
