BCBAs create skill acquisition programs, personalized behavior intervention plans, and create opportunities in the natural environment to develop academic and social skills while reviewing and analyzing data.• Provide instruction and feedback to a team of ABA therapists. • Provide instruction and training to master’s level students pursuing their BCBA credential. • Keep accurate records of time spent with each ABA therapist to maintain their RBT credential through the board.

• Inclusion Aide actively supports and assists participant in after school activities, develops accommodations as needed, and works on motivation techniques to achieve goals as specified by the program, parents and staff.• Program staff adapts teaching techniques of typical sports to teach participants with special needs, and are responsible of assuming the role of coach for that sport.• Staff of the Adult Program supervises participants, prepares and instructs crafts, cooking, field trips, and participates in feeding and toileting needs of participants.

Dolphin assisted therapy for children, adults and families coping with various developmental, physical and emotional challenges. • Intern responsibilities included taking session notes, assisting instructors with planning, set-up, clean-up, execution of therapy, and making the camp as enjoyable as possible for participants and their families.
