Honored to be a Meta-Coach for the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification. This program trains participants in Emotional Intelligence and a unique coaching philosophy, so that we can make a bigger positive impact at an individual and organizational level.

Provided leadership support to all programs within the Vice Dean of Educational Affairs office by functioning as the central resource for operational and administrative support for an office of 45 faculty and staff.• Oversight for multi-source annual education budgets- currently an all source budget of $11.5 million. Aided department deans and directors with financial management and planning; had approval authority to make fiscal/budget decisions on behalf of the Vice Dean. • Responsible for all Human Resources matters for MCOM OEA, both faculty and staff, to provide oversight for hiring, training, performance planning, coaching and termination decisions.• Direct supervision of team of 6 administrators and staff members.• Functioned as project leader in identifying workflow efficiencies where appropriate. Primary leader for all outside consultants and responsible for implementing recommendations from consultants to affect and change policy and procedure.• Served as Chief Administrative Liaison to Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) as USF MCOM partners with LVHN to create a branch campus in Allentown, PA for the SELECT (Scholarly Excellence. MD program. • Member of SELECT Executive Curriculum Planning Group, member of SELECT Leadership Curriculum committee• Administered and provided certified coaching of ESCI (360 degree assessment of emotional intelligence) to senior faculty members and medical students.

Chosen as Interim Director to lead the planning and implementation stages of a new model of student service for the 5,350 USF Health students under the direction of the 7 USF Health college deans and directors while the a search for the permanent AVP was conducted. Included the transition to a centralized student welcome center; advocating for efficient use of both financial and staffing resources to respond to student and accreditation needs; and creating a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

• Coordinated and tracked projects, defined assignments, established timelines and managed resources accordingly to meet or exceed project objectives. Served as primary contact, liaison, and resource for inquires and information exchange between Vice Dean and USF Health offices (Development, Alumni Affairs, Communications, GME, etc.)• Supported the Vice Dean with oversight, preparation, management, and analysis of an operating budget for all fund sources and the primary HR contact/recruiter for OEA. • Participated in LCME (Liaison Committee on Medical Education) Self-Study Steering Committee meetings: assisted with rewrite of committee reports, development of Executive Summary, coordination of site visit, and responded to questions regarding the LCME accreditation visit.

Coordinate, schedule, and manage all medical coverage including: Team Physicians, Certified athletic trainers, interns, and student workers. Responsible for evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of all athletic injuries for over 200 athletes.
