I provide information security leadership to Aviatrix and work with executive management to determine acceptable levels of risk, establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets and software product are adequately protected. I also work to develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program and engage directly with our customers and partners to understand our security program. I work directly with the departments to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes. In addition, ensure proper development and enhancement of our information security management framework. As part of that, I endeavor to understand and interact with sales, support, IT, engineering, legal, marketing and HR to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services. I leverage this partnership with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of risk management concerns.

I do this by leveraging an Agile methodology, to create prototype solutions, demonstrations, and proofs of concept applications around client use cases.

• Created a database for tracking audit remediation progress and scheduling outages that helped to reduce miscommunication and unnecessary outages and decreased operating costs. This resulted in quarterly savings of $250,000-$500,000.• Managed two team members including one international member in India, which provided production and development support of Debt Market Applications in a shared service environment.

• Accountable for $100-million of hardware and software that was designed and deployed for a government agency.• Responsible for the design and deployment of hardware and software at two data centers. Managed team of four junior level associates in support of data center deployments.

· Supervised a team of 10 in the design and implementation of a new web infrastructure for both intranet and Internet. This created a new ecosystem in which existing web applications were migrated and provided consistency for the development of new applications. · Designed implementation standards for the deployment and redesign of IIS, WebLogic, and WebSphere applications and infrastructure to tie into an existing infrastructure. This resulted in bringing more control over uptime, increasing up time to 99.99%.· Diagnosed and aided in bringing applications online that had suffered outages. During my time at Bank One the number and duration of production outages dropped by 75%.

· Performed load testing with multiple hardware types and software configurations before purchases and/or production migration, to ensure that they met stability and capacity requirements. Prevented a $6 million dollar purchase when data showed the application did not meet performance or capacity requirements. · Performed Systems Security functions by disabling services and hardening of UNIX workstations and servers.

· Reconfigured and streamlined the install of the Point of Sale application for a client, Alltel Communications, reducing costs by $500,000 per year..· Served as a Project Manager, Systems Engineer, and Systems architect on the deployment of BMC Performance software to over 300 servers in the USA and Canada.

· Designed, built, prototyped, and tested the next generation of the imagery productions systems for the Marine Corps · Supervised the installation of a new data infrastructure and articulated this effort to superiors, subordinates, and contractors. This resulted in the successful reconfiguration a system classification downgrade.
